Great idea Emily! I like how you set up your motivational page and I'm sure it took a lot of courage to then show it to the public. I hope you are able to stay on track and can reach your goal. Congratulations! I have a Grandma who is an amazing cook too, so I understand :)

Emily-- this is a great idea for a JIng capture! also a great way to keep yourself accountable on your mission to lose weight. I can relate--my daughter went to culinary school and returned home for a month during the holidays--all we did was eat, eat, eat! Delicious and wonderful, but it makes the jeans a bit tight come the new year. I have started working with a personal trainer and try to drink 100 ounces of water each day-- a big tip she gave me wa that a lot of the time you are really just thirsty when you think you are hungry! Seems to help. My jeans fit better, and I have lost a couple pounds. I will keep working on it until summer.

Hope you had a wonderful time in San Fransisco--such a fabulous city. And don't worry-- you can get back on the diet track when you return!
